My thoughts are in Vitamin K supplements in addition to, not instead of,
green vegetables. Perhaps a supplement is unnecessary, given the quality of my
diet. But you are right...that little nagging voice inside me makes it very
difficult to give up the thought of supplements -- the old more is better
philosophy. Oh...so much to learn!
