Chris,
I use a half banana to sweeten just enough to eat. I do have stevia too, but very rarely.
You know you could use it with ginger or anything you like as in salsa or salad dressing or some spaghetti sauce, anything to make the taste bearable. There is many people that have different recipes for you to like it.
I am sure many will come up with their ideas.
Diane

Subject: [FlaxSeedOil2] Flavoring flaxseed oil and yogurt
Anyone have any ideas on flavoring flaxseed oil
and yogurt without going to 'sweet'?? I am using
yogurt because I have Candida also and need the
bacteria I think. I'm getting sick of the
flaxseed oil flavor unless I sweeten it with
something which is bad for my tendency toward
Candida. Anyone have any suggestions for
flavoring without sweets? I can tough it out but
I'm more likely to not miss a dose if the taste
is palatable.
I have bought some carob powder and like that
somewhat. It has a naturally light sweet taste
and similar to chocolate and blends easier than
cocoa powder but it is still sweet even though
not from sugar.
