Spectrum and Barleans are both good flaxseed oils and I assume Swanson's too. Make sure it is kept cold and it is well within the expiry date. Then make the taste test. Don't use it when it tastes bitter. See "Flaxseed oil - freshness" in our files under "Budwig Diet".

I am currently using Spectrum organic flaxseed oil.
Larry Clapp uses Barlean's. Have seen posts using Swanson's. Can
you advise which is the best brand to use.
