Linomel
Linomel is flax seed cracked between honey coated surfaces.
This coats the flaxseed particles with honey and retards oxidation.
A bit of milk powder is also added.
Freshly ground flaxseeds can be used as an alternative.
You might want to find and buy "The Oil And Protein Diet" by Dr Budwig
as it has all the recipes. I found mine on ebay for about $7.00 plus
shipping.
