Kumar, the problem is that the chemo may actually shorten her time. A couple years ago I was trying to coach a person who had pancan toward BP, but she decided to have a port installed and undergo chemo. She didn't survive the 1st chemo treatment. She died, expecting to gain a few months of life even though those months would be miserable. She died in doctor's hands, rather than try to heal without those doctors. She DIED
Chemo will NEVER work with stage 4, and it seldom works even with stage 3. Chemo must be targeted to be effective. Chemo kills the good with the bad. Unless doctors can offer at least a 50% chance of survival, BP would be the better option in my opinion. I would also strongly suggest artemisia annua, along with the BP. The problem is, it has to be administered via IV or via enema to get enough of it. I chose enema, because I am poor.
I sincerely doubt your Mother would lose time if she just walked away and did nothing. There would be pain, regardless, but there doesn't need to be misery as well.
Your Mother needs to make the choice. I decided back in 2015 that I wouldn't take the doctor's advice and have chemo in the hope of extending my life a few months. I watched two people I cared about die within months of making that same choice. I decided to take a different route and that is how I found this group. Nobody can guarantee success with this protocol, but when you are given a death sentence by the doctors what is there to lose? That made my decision easy.
There are people who were here in this group when I joined who no longer are. Not everybody is successful. But, as I said before, if I get cancer again I know what I will do, without hesitation.
All the best, Rod in MN/USA
