Re: GIST

I hope it goes well for you. Since I found out about it I changed my life style so BP fits easy in that. I enjoy ?FOCC twice daily plus 5 servings of FS and the rest of it. The only thing I didn¡¯t exclude is animal proteins- once daily though for dinner only. I was amazed how such simple BP diet in short period of time made me feel really good, like nothing is wrong with me ?. ?Of course it¡¯s much more into it than just FOCC , plant based food?, believe, positive mindset, optimism at all times, spending time outside etc. For?me so good so far.?
Cheers Goran.?

Hi,
I also have GIST for over 7 years. I also take Imanib. At first I followed the protocol, but then I couldn't follow it completely.

Hi there Iam new to the group. I have got GIST stage 4. I am on imatinib ( protein inhibitor) 400mg once daily for 10 weeks and on Budwig protocol for 8 weeks. I follow the protocol as much as possible I would say 90% Since on it I feel great. Lost ?5-6 kg , sorted out my high blood pressure and feel 10 years younger. I will have my first CT scan at the end of July and see how it goes, but regardless of the results I think taking in account the way I feel I am sure it is working.
cheers
