I use a tablespoon of water to smooth out the FOCC instead of milk because I cannot digest milk. ?Almonds contain fat and I¡¯m not sure if that fat would interfere with the flaxseed oil. ?Most almond milk brands are processed with fillers, so that¡¯s another problem, unless you make your own. ?I¡¯m not a biochemist nor do I have a medical background, however I try not to take medications or supplements right before or right after eating the FOCC. ?You might want to find a drug/supplement interaction checker online and type fenbendazole and flaxseed oil to check for an interaction. ?Drugs.com has one. ?There are others also. ?
