IDK about studies, but I juiced apple/pineapple, carrot, beet, tomato, kale, parsley, celery, ginger twice a day every day. I also added raspberries and blueberries to my FO/CC every day. Dr. B suggested a lot of things that others frowned upon such as wine and champagne. Perhaps she just knew something?
