It seems like the ingredients are the same as German Quark, and it has the same protein content,? so I would say yes,? it would be a good substitute.?

Your's is a difficult question to answer as I don't believe Dr. Budwig ever wrote about substituting goat's milk for cow's milk.
I have researched other reputable sites and books for a definitive answer and all I can find is that if one struggles to digest cow's milk then goat's milk quark is the best alternative for the mixture.
This is what has been suggested by Sandra in this group, when this subject has been discussed.
