start with probiotic cottage cheese, mix in oil (either flax seed oil,

that has been ground while frozen. Sometimes I also add minced garlic.?
Sometimes, instead of cottage cheese, I take homemade sauerkraut and add
turmeric to it.

I don't know if this diet is making any difference, or I just have the
kind of prostate cancer that is slow growing.? Anyway, in May I will
celebrate my 81st birthday and can still run for short distances, and
walk for longer distances.? Would like to get caught up with my work so
I could go skiing.
