I followed diligently for 6 months and improved greatly. There were a couple of tumors/symptoms that still existed but felt great physically. I was miserable, mentally, because of the diet restrictions. I know, wimp, ha. That is when I decided that Budwig was going to have to coexist with some of my wants, and began the long distance up and down of my experience. I added coffee enemas at that mark, and eventually added artemisia tea to those enemas and that is when I really began to notice changes.
If a person can stick to the diet restrictions, without cheating, I am very confident in healing. You don't have to follow the exact diet, per se, just avoid the "don'ts". I would alternate between raw cruciferous veg's and steamed veg's for dinner. A couple of days I would make a vegetable soup with pinto beans (or other beans). But Sunday was my cheat day (and occasionally an entire weekend when I would dog sit for my daughter). I would do the FO/CC twice a day, every day, regardless.
Made my own sauerkraut for the juice. Juiced fresh fruits and veg's twice a day.
I took notes and one day need to organize the story.
