There is no actual evidence of Greek yogurt being a substitute, although the topic has come up a few times. May I ask why you wouldn't be able to use quark or cottage cheese? Are you alergic to dairy?

Hello,?
I'm new to the group...have a couple of questions. 1. Can you use Greek yogurt instead of quark? 2. What are the recommendations regarding radiation or tamoxifen medication?? ?I'm leaning more towards changing my diet to the Budwig protocol, in lieu of 5 years of tamoxifen, or 4 weeks of radiation. I feel like after a lumpectomy my body is best to able to fight off cancer with nutritional support.? Once I start traditional treatments there'll be more toxins in my body to fight.? I know this is not a site for medical advice.? Just wondering what Budwigs recommendations are?? Thank you.
