In you previous post you referred to 15 mg of the ground mushrooms daily. ?Below you say 15 grams daily. Is 15 grams the correct amount?

This was mentioned in my other posts. I dry supermarket button mushrooms in a dehydrator, low heat, or in sun and grind in a coffee grinder when brittle. 15 grams of dried mushrooms is equal to about 10 times of fresh, so about a kilo of fresh mushrooms a week is what I purchase. As the trial used two doses, either 8grms daily or 15 grams daily I have tried both doses over two 3 months periods ,the 15 grm dose worked better for me.
