One way to enjoy the over-riped banana is to have it frozen and blend with fruit for a guilt-free ice cream. Strawberry is a good choice. It is?super tasty. ?I tried using it with black sesame too. ?It was GREAT!
?
Bon Appetite!
Annei

Bananas are an excellent food in cancer prevention and cancer and tumor necrosis/fighting.
However.......it is the brown skinned bananas, that most people dislike, that is the best.
Unless you are a gorilla, most people I know detest the mushy, over-ripe,? brown skinned highly sweet tasting banana.

Glad to know bananas were in Budwig's recipes. I enjoy FO/CC with sliced bananas and strawberries.

Hi Joyce,

Banana is included in one of Dr. Budwig's FO/CC recipes. It's on page 15 of her Oil-Protein Diet Cookbook.? It's easy to miss it because it's not in the list of recipe ingredients, but it's named in the notes below the ingredients.? Thanks for asking about this. I'm glad that I reviewed it for my own knowledge. I had forgotten that she included bananas.

Kind regards,
Sandra

I used to mash bananas into my fo/cc mixture to sweeten and make it taste like pudding but then someone
posted on this site that bananas were not part of the protocol so I stopped eating them however..... I recently
got Dr Budwigs book with many recipes which contain bananas.
?
Sandra, can you please clarify if its ok to put banana in the fo/cc? if not, wonder why it is included in other recipes?
?
Thank you,
Joyce
