Subject: acides-edema

Can anyone give me some ideas on reducing what I believe is chemo
related edema. We stopped chemo 5 weeks ago and are still using
FO/CC - and for the most part Paul is doing much better execpt for
two things...he is really badly swollen from fluid retention
200 to 400 mg Magenesium two to three times daily for the constipation
parsley and dill seed tea or burdock and dandelion tea
milk thistle or raw grated beets to support his liver
hope this helps

and is

having a very hard time with constipation. Of course the diuretics
prescribed by the docs are useless as well as the stool softeners
and laxatives. He has a good appetite but it becomes difficult to
eat -or drink- when he feels so "full". Can anyone in the group
give me some guidance?
