Hi Jerry,
I regret that I can a few of your questions, and only w/regard to guidelines
I've read about for cancer patients in general. I don't know enough to say
anything about your specific issues.

2. Can I eat things like fish or organically raised meat?
Yes, as long as the fish isn't farm-raised (or high-mercury), and avoid fatty
meat (other than fatty fish), except perhaps if it's 100% grass-fed. Alaskan
salmon's best. Keep total meat intake to moderate level, unless you have
lymphoma (leukemia, myeloma, or melanoma), in which case I'd eat a lot of fatty
organic meat (Kelley-Gonzalez).
4. Will I need to stay on this diet for the rest of my life?
There's no rule, but longer you remain on a strict anticancer diet, the better.
6. Would any of the other treatments interfere with the Budwig diet?
MOST treatments for CANCER don't, from what very little I've read about it.
