Dandelion in your lawn or produce section of a good supermarket.
Milk thistle in the vitamin section of K-Mart, Wal-Mart, Rite-Aid, etc.
Essiac (Native American herb tea by several names) in the health
food/whole food store. This MUST be prepared from the herbs and stewed for
a
day to be effective or puchased in ready to drink form. Forget the teabags
and tinctures,
These goodies are also available on the internet and/or from places like
Ameriherb in Ames, IA.
Hope this helps

Kristen or anyone else,
In Longview and Tyler Tx there is a health food store called the Granary
that has unbelieveavle prices on Essiac tea etc. I realize this is only
worth while to those nearby.
