Not able to upgrade

Dave,
A couple of weeks ago I changed computers to Win11.? I think I followed all the instructions in the "how to" link.? Everything was working fine and I was able to use Labs with WSJT no problem,? Yesterday I saw that there were upgrades and when I tried to update I got error messages (screenshots attached).? I would appreciate your assistance in?showing me how to fix?this issue.? I also took a shot of the response from the Error Log button so you would see that there was no info.

Thank you,

Guy K4CNF

Guy, I am sorry to hear of your problems. I also had Win10 and moved to Win11 with?NO difficulty. Just updated 2 of the several applications in DXLab with NO problems. Updates were successful. No funny business, Dave. My installation of DXLab applications has always been successful. Jack AK7O

I can vouch?for the instructions?provided in "How to Move DXLabSuite" to a new computer...the instructions are clear, they are by the numbers, and they work. I just went through this when I bought a Win11 Pro NUC MtK 32 gB RAM Ryzen 7 and had been running a refurb I5 Lenovo.

The move went without a hitch, it was complicated, it had many steps, BUT the instructions were so well done, it worked without any hiccups. Good job!!!

+ That procedure has benefitted from many suggested improvements by members of this group over the years.
