What is the procedure to print mailing labels - specifically, labels for
all of the QSOs on my VUCC progress report. Since the ARRL does not
_yet_ offer VUCC via LotW, I need to print them all regardless of
whether they have been confirmed via LotW.
Do you only need address labels, or do you also need QSL labels that can
be affixed to an outgoing QSL card?
