Yeah, I have to hand it to Kathy. We traded about a dozen or so emails over
the past week getting a club station on LoTW after I mucked up the original
application and some other stuff. She was very helpful. If this
"dissappearing QSL" snafu is something she can take care of, she will.

Sorry to hear this. Kathy is usually VERY good at responding to
emails. However, I guess no one is immune to letting some emails slip
through the crack. I know I've been guilty of it and I used to live
and breath email as a Lotus Notes, cc:Mail, and Exchange administrator
for a few years.
