BAOFENG marked 5RH-PRO

 

My latest radio purchased caused a bunch of confusion.? I purchased a 5RH-PRO, a nicely featured Ht radio.
I got concerned my radio was not legit after searching for programming software. The anemic op booklet was just enough to attach the parts supplied.
?
Well, I visited BAOFENG site again and compared features of several radios.?
?
The BAOFENG 5Rm- plus (gps} matches most or all of my 5RH-PRO.
?
The 5rh pro is still not listed on BAOFENG site

They are listed on Amazon.? Advertised as 10 watts.? Can anyone confirm if they actually put out that much?

find that some marketed as 10 watts actually do 10, or close to them.? Tidradio TD-H8 hits 10 watts.? Baofeng 5RM comes close on 2 and 70cm

I believe that 6 watts is the limit on VHF handheld due to RF exposure.
