How far away is the area where we will set up from the parking lot? That'll
determine what scope I bring.

Subject: [backbayastro] Directions for Saturday
Re: the "Starry Night" at the Norfolk Botanical Gardens on Saturday March 8
for those of you that want to help.
(I'll be there if there is any chance of clear skies, but I'm not going if
it is totally overcast.)...
We want to be there, set up at 6 p.m. It is at the
"Education Building".
From the toll booth at the Bot Gardens: Continue down main
garden road, road will curve sharply to the left
(Administration building is also on left.) The road then opens
up into the main parking lot, Baker Hall Visitor Center will be
on your left (You will see a fountain and a Norfolk Mermaid
Statue there)....Education Entrance is at the far right hand
end of the building. (Also known as Rose Garden Hall)...use
that entrance. We'll meet you there (5:30 is fine, come as
early as you need to.) Telescopes will be set up on the
terrace behind the Education building.
