Comedy, Poetry and Storytelling Sundays in Oakland! The Sunday Early Bird Comedy Special--A show for people who have stuff they have to do the next day! Nina G is back producing shows after a hiatus (she was writing her book)! Each show will be a benefit for an organization. You will see the funniest and most thought provoking comedians, storytellers and poets! The first show will be at the All Out Comedy Theater in Oakland and benefit Next Steps Learning Center, also in Oakland. Next Step is a nonprofit that provides free, intensive education programs to low income youth and adults ranging from basic literacy to high school completion and college.? Each month she will host a show at the All Out Comedy Theater with the proceeds going to a worthy nonprofit. This months show benefits the Next Step Learning Center of Oakland. She uses her writing to advocate for civil rights for Blacks/people of color, women, and people with disabilities. With her poetry and novels, she speaks about social issues that affect people from locally to globally. () Loren Kraut Loren is a writer and comedian based in San Francisco. She’s performed in Toronto’s SheDot Festival, SF Sketchfest, HIGHlarious Comedy Festival, DevilFest and The World Series of Comedy. () Chey Bell Chey's comedy mirrors life experiences and self-discovery, touching on everything from family, drugs, coworkers, sexuality to misspelled tattoos.
