Not here. Almost all 3rd party Apps have erratic behaviour. Not here. Apple, in most likelihood, will cut back some the new features of iOS 13 as their back room guys are unable to cope up. Unlikely.

I hardly had any issues at all since I got the 11 Pro Max and iOS 13.? One in Pinterest with it locking up sometimes and another in iMessage with the speech to txt not working and I had to press the microphone icon a few times.? If you think this is bad, I also have the Note 10+ and there are way more problems with apps than the iPhone.? I don't know if it is the phone or just Android, but I can rattle off 5-6 apps right now that have problems.? I would take iOS 13 over that any day.
There have been a few quick updates to fix things and I consider this good.? Your saying there are too many updates at the same time saying there are problems?? They go together, to fix a problem you need an update.? You don't really even have to do anything except enter your password when it restarts.

I've been running the Public Betas since the beginning of iOS 13. In the beginning, yes, there were a lot of problems. As iOS 13 was updated, it kept getting better. There still are some problems with iOS 13 but I don't think there are as many bugs as in the beginning. That being said, not all the bugs are from iOS 13. Once all the apps each of you use are updated I think the bus will be cut down. \ \ /\ ( ) Alice .( ). lwr32@... On Oct 20, 2019, at 7:00 AM, Jim Saklad via Groups.Io <jimdoc@...> wrote:

I have had a terrible time, and I waited till the first update to update my Xs max. I wish I had never done so., and I have never had problems with updates before. The people at Apple keep saying I am not alone, But they have not been able to help me at all. They just say, keep updating Jeannie?

Your experience and response with single line denials is of no use.
The cut and paste across two different apps has stopped working.
The downloads from file sharing sites go to file folder by default and can not be redirected. In addition, they can not be monitored for successful download completion.
Upload to online file conversion sites like Zamzar is erratic. It stopped in 13.1, was restored in 13.1.2 and failing again in 13.1.3

Some bugs are new because the way file manager has been set up. One can not upload a file from file manager to an online file conversion site. The bug was there in iOS 13, was rectified in 13.1.2 and reintroduced in 13.1.3
Patching of iOS will solve one reported problem and create some moe.
When the creation of some problems exceeds the number it solves, the snowballing takes place and in next version , the solution will be to revert back by withdrawing that feature which was causing it.

Your experience and response with single line denials is of no use.
Your problem “description” was of no use – little more than “It’s bad”…
If someone comments that “*I* have been having more trouble with iOS 13 than in previous years, in particular with Apps A, B, and C”, that leaves others something to work with.
When someone states flatly that iOS 13 has more problems than last year”, all I can say is, “Not here” – meaning your analysis is NOT universal. The cut and paste across two different apps has stopped working.
Example, please, so others here can try to reproduce it. The downloads from file sharing sites go to file folder by default and can not be redirected.
Can’t help here, I *never* use file-sharing sites. Upload to online file conversion sites like Zamzar is erratic. It stopped in 13.1, was restored in 13.1.2 and failing again in 13.1.3
Sorry, I’ve never heard of Zamzar. I see it’s a file converter. What conversions do you use it for?

For converting from azw3 to epub and .numbers to xls or other way round. Pabitra

Any one who uses the file sharing sites like sendspace or wetransfer, can share their experience.? Sending a file is now become impossible and downloading is invariably by default, in to files folder. The files folder is rudimentary at best. You can not open a zip or rear file in it. Pabitra

Sure. Let me take them one by one

You get a mail from your friend, recommending you a book. You copy the name from the mail and want to put in Amazon.com for ordering.
The copy from mail and paste to Amazon.com does not work any longer.
I do buy between 20 -35 books a month.

I don't know what Excel will do, but the Numbers app can export in xls format, or import from it.

I read this note, and tried it immediately. Entirely on my iPhone (XS Max, running iOS 13.1.3): I created a new email to myself consisting entirely of a book title, and sent it. I went to my inbox, opened the message and copied the title. I then opened the Amazon app, and pasted the title into the search thing. Pasting worked fine, the search succeeded. Then I tried opening Safari and going to the amazon.com website, and pasting the title there. Pasting worked normally, as did the search. I don't know what to say about your problem other than that I can't reproduce it.

Does not copy from yahoomail app. I have been using it for four years till iOS 12.

I have mail accounts with iCloud, Yahoo and Comcast within Apple Mail and this works with all three running iOS 13. ?I often copy a book or movie title contained in an email message and paste in a search engine or Amazon.
