When I plug my iPhone 12 mini into my Windows computer I get a popup asking if I want to allow the computer to access the phone. That's fine

Since the last iOS update, after I touch 'Allow' I get prompted for my PIN. That's a mild irritant. Has anyone figured out how to switch that hurdle off?
