With this hand-crank the cutting is improved very much comparing
to use the original hand wheel.

I am cutting clock wheels, so when I have cut one tooth, and
have to return the cutter back for the next tooth, it has to be
exactly same position, otherwise the tooth will be smaller. 0,1
mm is very visible.
