Here's the Ebay link for magnetic gooseneck LED sewing machine light, many sellers. About 8 to 10 dollars. I suggest you get at least two to light each side of the scale to minimize shadows.

Magnetic light. I have one on my horizontal/vertical bandsaw. I got it from HF. Don't know if the still carry. For my mill I purchased magnetic gooseneck LED lights off eBay (very inexpensive). Hope this helps.
