That's where 277V lighting comes from in commercial buildings, if you ever wondered why a ballast often says it's good up to 277V.

If you are on a “hot leg delta” system, if you are connected to the Split phase leg, it is the same as a residential split phase, if however you are on either of the other two legs, then the “common point” ?will be near ?120V from the neutral (at 60 degree phase shift from the closer hot pole).

Hot-leg Delta systems are not that uncommon is small commercial/industrial spaces in some parts of the US.
