Copyright does not mention charging.? It doesn't
matter if you give out copies for free or even pay the person to
take it, you are STILL violating copyright law.? It's also up to
the copyright holder where, for how much and even if the work is
sold.? That's why you still can't give out copies of an out of
print book until the copyright expires.
This also goes for the 12 billion people who grab stuff off the
Internet like photos every day.
