Found golden retriever puppy at 10th and C SE

Has a light blue argyle collar. He looks to be an older puppy.

There is a white house on my block (200 block of 10th), address is probably about 231 or 235.? They have a golden puppy, it might be worth it to bang on their door.? Small white house, blue paint on the windows I think, and I think they have an american flag out front.? On the east side of the street.
