I am writing in follow-up on SPNA¡¯s past engagement with the Port on the Parks Management Strategy, which was in February and August of this year.? We¡¯re very excited to report that we now have a draft strategy document to move us closer
to our goal of making the parks more relevant to the community.? At the heart of the document you will find 11 strategies for changes in the parks, which start on page 25 of the PDF file.? The document is attached.

In particular the following contents of the strategy directly respond to our engagement with SPNA:? building public awareness of the parks on page PDF 40; and youth-targeted programming on page PDF 37.? Please let me know if SPNA has
any further input as we look to finalize the strategy document and move toward implementation. Also, anyone can sign up to receive email updates on the overall implementation of the strategy .?
