My name is Meredith Waldref and I along with Augie Nuszer, do public outreach for the Dept. of Ecology cleanup sites along the Duwamish Waterway. We have attended your meetings in the past a few times, but I was out on maternity leave over the summer-fall and am back part time getting back up to speed. We hope you all are doing well as we wrap up 2024. ? A few updates from the Dept. of Ecology: ? Duwamish Waterway Park – There is a little bit of soon and we hope to get an update out when it does occur. In the mean time, I see you will have an update on the park at your meeting next week. Are there any questions you have about the park that we can help answer? Or provide insight on? We plan to update the cleanup site as we get more details, but the site manager for the site, Beau Johnson, is always available to chat. I’ll plan to post an update on the South Park Neighborhood facebook page, but we have two sites out for comment, and one of them was extended. The details are as follows for your awareness.
