My name is Matheus Tavares and I¡¯m the Community Engagement Specialist at the City of Seattle's Office of Housing. ? The City of Seattle has agreements with different organizations like for-profit, non-profit, and public partners to offer affordable apartments for people who meet certain income requirements. We require new developments to include affordable housing or contribute to the Seattle Office of Housing fund to support the development of affordable housing. ? The Office of Housing wants to hear from community-based organizations to gain insight into the current outreach efforts done by housing providers and identify areas of improvement for their outreach efforts. We encourage you to respond to our survey so that we can ensure our processes align with community needs.
