We¡¯re looking forward to seeing you at the upcoming open house for the King County International Airport (KCIA) Part 150 Study. We hope you will share this opportunity with your community. It is a great way to learn more about the airport noise study and share valuable input.

?

Event details:
Date: Thursday, March 20, 2025
Time: 5:30 ¨C 7:30 p.m. (Drop by any time)
Location: KCIA Flight Service Station,

Parking and transit: Parking is available in the service station lot and on nearby streets. A King County Metro stop at Ellis Ave S. & S. Warsaw St., across from the service station, serves the 124 and 60 lines.

What to expect:

  • Learn about the (NEMs) that show the current and projected aircraft noise levels in and around KCIA and learn how the NEMs are developed.
  • Provide input on the NEMs and the upcoming Noise Compatibility Program (NCP) that will identify measurable actions to reduce airport noise and promote compatible land uses near KCIA.
  • Meet with project team members to ask questions about the Part 150 Study and the Vision 2045 Airport Plan.

Can¡¯t make it in person?
A summary of materials shared during the open house will be available online after the event at . The (NEMs) are available for review now on the Vision 2045 and Part 150 website.
