QUALIFICATIONS
?
¡¤???????? Bachelor's Degree in related fields,
¡¤???????? Background in IT Service Management. Must have experience of setting up help desk or service desk operations,
¡¤???????? Relevant experience of Service Desk and Incident Management processes based on best practice approaches to IT Service Management (e.g. ITIL),
¡¤???????? Relevant past accomplishments that demonstrate an ability to successfully carry out a restructure of IT Service Management operations,
¡¤???????? Understanding of ITIL processes with upper level ITIL qualification or equivalent
¡¤???????? Awareness of Service Desk toolsets,
¡¤???????? Demonstrated business awareness including an ability to support and contribute to business objectives,
¡¤???????? Very good verbal and presentation skills,
¡¤???????? Fluent in Turkish and English.
