Andy, thank you for your years of rowing experience and common sense wisdom, you have been a vital element in Yankee Rowing's longevity and success!? This will be my last year as treasurer & board member, time for me to move on.? I don’t think our charter has any guidance on term limits, but in my memory board members and officers generally served multiple years but it seems we have had a pretty good turnover too.? But then these last few years have been anything but normal!

Looking forward to the 2022 rowing season!

Hi Andy-

My perspective on this will not surprise you...

The decision to rent the extra space still needs to make good "business" sense. I'd rather not make it about who has more money - Gary, or some members of our club - because certainly there are members who can not afford an annual increase to cover the extra cost of the additional space.

I will always argue in favor of prudent financial decisions.

for rowing club boats.? Those with private boats are welcome to row earlier, but
please note the river flow has been as high as 50,000 cfs lately -- very risky.

As far as I can tell there is no way to leave it partially open when we are on the water.
