You don't run YAAC plugins as separate programs. They are extensions to YAAC itself, basically additional libraries that are runtime-linked into YAAC to add extra functionality to the core

I installed YAAC on a PC(windows or linux) then used YAAC on the PC to download the maps I wanted. I then transferred those maps to the Pi via a file transfer program.
