That map is a copy of Jamie WA7JH's map window in his running copy of YAAC at his station. YAAC has a mini webserver built into it so other computers on the same LAN as the YAAC computer can see most

That looks like the HamNet (the block of Internet addresses reserved for public ham radio). His HamNet fragment may not have a route to the public Internet. Andrew, KA2DDO
