When I run HDSDR and try to receive with the rxtx, I receive the pattern shown in the image, no matter what frequency I am on. ?Help!

Do you see the same patterns when you power down the Softrock?

Yes, when I remove 12v, I get that pattern, then when I remove USB, I still get the same pattern.

Then you need to figure out how to select the correct soundcard input to be used by HDSDR.
There are 2 places to look at : 1. Windows sound mixer settings 2. HDSDR "Soundcard" and "Options" menus.
