SPE Flow

Adrian, what did you have in mind for a new feature. As to alarms and warnings, they are displayed but not latched (in other words, not time extended). The alarms and warnings will be displayed for whatever duration the polls report them. If logging is enabled they will be captured in the log.

Ron, is it possible to add any more features to your SPE flow or are they all covered ?
Also if there is an alarm, is an alarm description displayed at all ?

Thankyou

regards

Adrian

Adrian, the following functions highlighted in red are currently not implemented in my Node Red flow. If you have extra real estate in the dashboard, these could be added. As most are set-up related, I don't think?they are useful in a generic operational?flow which is why I have not implemented them. If you have a burning desire, I could implement them leaving the individual?nodes disabled allowing a user to simply enable the nodes within Node Red and adjust the dashboard accordingly.

Ron, I just had some spare ui footprint at base as I matched it to my other flow size alongside.
So just wondered if there was anything else I could add on the bottom.

Also I started another SPE group if interested ;?[email protected]

Adrian, sorry it took so long to respond. Nope, the dog didn't eat the homework, my mommy is coming?into town for 3 weeks and I'm in the middle of a massive house cleaning!

Anyway, Buffer.from([85,85,85,1,13,13]:
  • Byte 1: Always 85
  • Byte 2: Always 85
  • Byte 3: Always 85
  • Byte 4: Always 1 (length)
  • Byte 5: The decimal value of the hexadecimal command in the SPE API table I sent you
  • Byte 6: Repeat of byte 5
That help?

Adrian,

I will add the additional commands, hopefully in the current beta I've started. As to alarms, the are captured in the CSV file if logging is enabled.

Ron, I was looking at an available display backight and contrast control up/down levels.
Also 'i) ALARMS LOG: Shows only the ten most recent "SERIOUS" alarms.' button for a popup display.
As you say these could be added in disconnected or disabled state for use if desired on a bigger ui, if
you add to the flow ?

Adrian, still in the queue. I have not forgotten about you! SPE Node Red activities should be coming off hold soon. Focus for the last few months has been microwave buildout of 5GHz, 10GHz, 24GHz and 47GHz portable systems in addition to VHF (6M thru 13cm) and microwave (10GHz and 24GHz) contesting. HF and Node Red activities should pick up shortly.

Hi Ron, Just wondered how you went ? A baclight and contrast toggle bttn would be useful, I think you were going to add item ready to set for ui where desired.
