Anyone had news from Maggie King?

I ordered a Nanovna H4 from alibaba begenning of the month, she told me it would ship before the 15, but did not had any news since.

Am I the only one?

I got a message from her on 2/13 that they where finally resuming shipments, after the recent holidays and the CVE outbreak.
 

Mine was shipped apparently on 17Jan2020 to Mauritius. I hope to see it soon!

I ordered from Maggie in Mid January, and just recieved a note from one of her co-workers yesterday that shipment was arranged and that they would have a tracking number for me soon. I had received a note from Maggie in Early Feb that they were shut down for Chinese new year, and another note a few days later that they would resume shipping on Feb 21 due to the virus outbreak.
 

I placed an order a couple of weeks back for the H4. Just got a shipping notification from alibaba.
 

Go on Alibaba and send her a message from your account. I sent her one last night and she replied this morning.

Feb. 15, 2020, 03:17:44 PST., the order has been shipped.

So I¡¯ll have to wait.

I went to my alibaba before asking question here.
thanks Hugen for the answer, I paid the extra 10$ for DHL shipping cause I
wanted it faster.. I do understand there was a longueur holiday then
expected. so will have to wait.


Left a message yesterday. still no response.. I just hope she is ok , same
for Hugen.

It's due for delivery tomorrow.

She has didn't respond to any messages, but the package got shipped.

mine was to to be shipped on 12th, just got tracking info today

Received my DHL tracking number this morning via TXT message. I ordered my H version mid January from Maggie.
 

I ordered a Hugen Nanovna H4 on 25 Jan and received a note, same date, from Maggie that is would be shipped after Feb 4.

Next received an SMS on 18 Feb and it arrived yesterday (Sydney, Australia).

It powers up but I won't have a chance to test it until next week.

Got a reply yesterday from Maggie K, so I sent paypal and now another message from a Sophia Lu saying they got my money but where is my order..So I sent Sophia a copy of the message I got from Maggie.. Their ordering is not as straight forward as Ebay or Amazon.. That's for sure.
 

My timing was impeccable - I ordered via PayPal/email just before the start of Chinese New Year. As soon as that ended, the Corona virus threw everything in a state of confusion. I exchanged a few messages with Maggie where she informed me of the delays.

Just this morning, Sophia sent me the DHL tracking number, so I think all is well.
 

Earlier today I had my first item mark as shipped from AliExpress since the outbreak started. My thoughts and prayers are with the folk in Wuhan province and anyone else who catches the virus.
