I updated the firmware on my nanovna-h....however, after I turned off and back on, it is just a white screen now.....nothing else........how do I get it working again?

You did not flash the firmware for your device, there are contacts on the board for switching the device to dfu mode. Find the firmware for your device and flash it.

This guide may help you. It is in file section.
Download version 1.6.

Read on my website for what to do in this case. You can’t spoil it, just do what is described.
As long as the screen is white, your device is in dfu mode.
(of course, if you didn't drop it and there is a hardware reason)

Thanks for the response.... however...when I connect to the PC it's not
recognized by the PC or the progaming software..... also when the nanovna-h
is in gfu mode, the screen is black...... not white?....any other thoughts,
etc.

NanoVNA-H has a white screen in dfu mode, but NanoVNA-H4, on the other hand, is black. Which device do you have?

Hi Vladimir,
I have the nanovna-h...........the only way to get to the dvy mode is to do
from list....i did all the steps to update the firmware, but when I
disconnected the nanovna-h from the pc, and turned off then back on.....
the screen is white now...before it was black. if it is in dfu mode now,
then what was it before? and now it is not recognized by pc or software,
etc... how do i get it back to factory settings, etc.?

have You following programs:
1. DfuSeDemo
2. NanoVNA-APP 1.1.206 ?

look at the picture:
on the left are the contacts for reboot:
1. have you driver already installed?
Program DfuSeDemo 3.0.6 have driver for Windows 7, 8, 10
2. short-circuit these contacts - with tweezers or scissors
3. start DFuSeDemo for fw update
... its not end
