I had 3d printed some cases and some people were happy, some were not. Seems these things are all not the same and sometimes you need to shave some of the holes to make it fit

I typed nanovna case into google and hit the first ebay listing that came up https://www.ebay.com/itm/NanoVNA-Case-/174039026524 Note that there is no gap between nano and vna in the search term. --
