That works when short and open results are similar and load signal is small. Small load signal is generally easy for resistance bridge at low frequencies, not so much for reflection bridge and higher

I'm using a Dell laptop at 1366x768, font size 8, 16:9 aspect ratio, Windows 10. I haven't had problems with the scrollbars being present or overlaying the taskbar since before nanovna-saver version
