No, jog wheel does not move anything in the drop downs, but yesterday it did move the cursor horizontally. I have tried to re-calibrate the touchscreen. Although, I'm not sure that helps with

No, a firmware update probably will not help with this (but it would give you lots of other updates and features). Can you get to the menu items properly using the jog wheel? First try to re-calibrate

I'm having great difficulty navigating between drop downs on my NanoVNA-H 4 edy555 design version 0.5.0. First thing, I thought the first, 'about screen' disappeared after a short time, mine doesn't.

You can use unlimited calibration slots if save/load on SD card.

You can set the frequency to output on one frequency but you can¡¯t set the level. It is much higher than -73 dBm so you need attenuators and a way to measure that level so you can adjust the

Since the OP wanted to make antenna matching circuits that are remotely switched, he should measure the antenna impedance at the desired frequencies with the nanovna then synthesize matching networks
