Re: Nanovnasaver fails to connect to SAA2 and crashes
For me connecting my Anytone AT-D578 caused a conflict of some kind which makes accessing either it or the NanoVNA impossible. Look for "GD32 Virtual Com Port" in Device Manager. That could be your

Re: |S11| > 1
Metrology level uncertainty study is a humbling science that few engineers understand, including me. I work with VNA data to over 100GHz daily, TDRs over 50GHz, I develop my own cal standards, blah

Re: Nanovnasaver fails to connect to SAA2 and crashes
Firmware version 20200501. It was running ok until I switched back to a H1 which somehow captured the Com 4 port and the SAA2 no longer recognises it and crashes. This is the error report before it

Re: Nanovnasaver fails to connect to SAA2 and crashes
You should share the details, like the error message and probably firmware version. Share what steps you've take so far to solve this.

Nanovnasaver fails to connect to SAA2 and crashes
My Saver program running perfectly under Win10 for the last few days has now decided to fail to connect to my SAA2. It returns some error failure on the DOS screen and then crashes. Anyone has any

Re: Purchase of V2 from R & L Electronics
Many thanks for that advice. I couldn't agree more. That's why I wanted to make the purchase through R & L and not someone offshore. R & L have proven themselves to be rock solid reputable people over

Re: sd card - fail write
I have had a similar problem with one of my analyzers.? It only likes relatively small memory cards.? ?Got any 1 or 2 gigs? You really don't need anything as big as a 32 gig. Kent WA5VJB

Re: sd card - fail write
Aparently most newer cards do not work. I have tryed 11 different manufacturers SD 32 Gig cards and none of them work. Aparently You need one of the older style SD cards. I found 2 older 16 Gig cards,

Hi John, FWIW, I purchased 2 units (tinySA and VNA-65) both from R&L and I am a happy camper. (i.e. no problems, your mileage may vary) Mike C

Re: Measure a single wire (not coax) for frequency
People are just mentioning that the VNA is transmitting very small amounts of power on that wire as if it was an antenna, and thus it will start behaving like one. You don't really have a choice if it
