That is a lot of data to buffer
nRF52832-QFAA/QFN48 has 64KB RAM + 512KB flash

ESP8266 reportedly has > 40KB heap+data space available.

I guess HC-05/6 is unbuffered but also not BTLE,
so less interesting for e.g. Web Bluetooth API
