I'd like to get the radials down sooner rather than later, but am going to have to bring in topsoil (per County regulations) and my landscape contractor will be moving dirt around too. I'm thinking that I'd better wait until those two things are done before laying down radials as they will likely get torn up in the process,,,,,,
