I discovered that the logic line out of the repeater for PL detect has gone open. My temporary / permanent fix was to reprogram the repeater to exert pl detect on the COR line instead. I really don't see any legitimate reason to run open squelch. The last several weeks have proven that out.

850 should be really quiet now.. No more noise bursts or other crapola!
