Re: FD 2020

If we’d been operating 1D or 1E from our homes then, indeed, we would have needed to operate our own calls and associate them with N5ERS club call.

However, how we had it setup, N5ERS was run as a 2A Field Day site.

But, anyone who ran 1D or 1E and wants to have their score associated with the N5ERS club call can do so.

Hi all! Haha!

Did not understand why they used N5ERS. Should of been their call and submission linked to N5ERS. Did contact them on 144.200 ssb.

Hey folks,

It's been awhile since I last posted. The ERS was represented this
weekend out at the Grapevine repeater site. Joe N3JI led the effort
assisted by Chris K5VPQ. I understand AG5HV even dropped by as well as
KE5GDB.

Joe got the replacement A/C unit installed, so the shelter was pretty
damn comfy!

I'm sure stats will be posted soon.

-------

Updates etc.

Just in case you missed it, the Wylie site was dismantled and the gear
sold off last year. A dew months ago, I sold the Decatur site to Jon
Moon and David Stephens of the NCTC.

So we are down to just grapevine. 444.850. I still have plans to deploy
a 220 machine, as soon as I can repair the duplexer I have. Hopefully I
can pull that off the back burner soon.

I am done with flight school and am just waiting for my check ride. I am
a pilot now, but after check ride, I can be a full pilot and fly
anything I am rated to fly. I am pretty stoked. I finally got my new
editing PC built and am starting catch up on all the training videos on
my Wolf Pilot youtube channel.

I guessed it was something like that.

Someone told me he succeeded in getting Jim Haynie's (W5JBP) repeaters (145.13 and 442.500) kicked off his site.
